DoE News: Hydrogen, Fuel Cells Get Unexpected Boost in FY 2012 Omnibus Appropriations Bill

WASHINGTON, DC - Good news comes in big wrappers:

  Buried deep down in the humongous 1,000-page omnibus appropriation bill passed by the joint U.S. House of Representatives-Senate conference last month is a, hopefully signal-setting, increase in funding for the Energy Department’s hydrogen and fuel cell budget.
