LOS ANGELES, CA - With virtually no opposition and to loud applause from environmentalists, California’s principal climate watchdog, the Air Resources Board (CARB), unanimously approved new emission rules expected to increase the number of zero- or near-zero emitting cars on the road in California to more than 1.4 million by 2025.
