The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Golden, CO broke ground late last month for a new research building on the lab’s main campus. Focus of the new Science & Technology Facility will be on photovoltaics, but it will also permit expansion of research work in hydrogen and other promising alternative research areas.
