QuestAir Technologies., Inc., the Canadian developer of gas cleanup technology, won two hydrogen purification contracts last month. In the first, the Burnaby, BC-based company has delivered the first of ten H-3200 pressure swing adsorption units to Plug Power, Inc., Latham, NY for integration into the American company’s GenSite hydrogen generation systems that will be delivered to various international customers. In the second deal, another H-3200 was installed by Babcock Hitachi K.K. at the trailer-mounted mobile Oume hydrogen station in Tokyo that generates hydrogen from natural gas for fuel cell cars under Japan’s multi-year hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and infrastructure demonstration project sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
