Opportunities: SCAQMD Preproposals

California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District has published a Program Opportunity Notice (PON) P2009-01 to solicit pre-proposals fo co-funding consideration of advanced clean technology research, development, demonstration and deployment in mobile source applications for the South Coast Air Basin. The seven technology areas covered by the request include alternative-fuel hybrid-electric vehicles and next-generation natural gas vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell transit vehicles and renewable-fuel vehicles. The District expects to fund 10-12 projects with District funding ranging from $250,000 to $2 million.
