Thirteen student teams from Russia, Canada and the United States have submitted “Hydrogen Power Parks” entries for the 2nd Annual H2U Student Design Contest, sponsored by the National Hydrogen Association (NHA), ChevronTexaco and the U.S. Energy Department (DoE).
