Briefly Noted: FC Guidelines for Mobile PCs
The San Francisco-based Mobile PC Extended Battery Life Working Group has released its “Fuel Cell Guidelines for Mobile PCs” to the industry. The guidelines cover electrical, mechanical, control, thermal, environmental aspects of fuel cells designed for PCs.
