  • Air Separation Plant

    • Cryogenic air separation plants utilise a low-temperature rectification process to produce oxygen, nitrogen and argon. They can also be used to produce other rare gases such as krypton, xenon, helium and neon via the cryogenic rectification of air. These plants can generate gaseous products for pipeline distribution or cryogenic liquids for delivery by truck or for storage.
  • PSA Oxygen/Nitrogen Plant

    • The PSA oxygen/nitrogen plant is a widely used gas generator for industrial O2 and N2 production. It is commonly found in steel plant, food processing plant, chemical plant, paper mill, glass plant, non-ferrous metal smelting plant, etc. Compared with large scale air separation plant, the PSA plant asks for fewer investment, smaller space, and less energy. It also features stable performance, simple operation, and high degree of automation. The purity of O2 and N2 yields can be 93% and 99.99% respectively. The equipment can be designed freely to be fit for specific purposes.
  • CO2 Recovery Plant

    • Our CO2 recovery plant adapts to both the situations with or without the existence of air source. More than 70% of carbon dioxide plants in China are developed and made by us. Now we take the lead in market share, and our products are exported to many countries and regions.
  • Coil Wound Heat Exchanger

    • Coil-wound heat exchangers (CWHEs) are required for a wide range of applications involving fluid treatment. They must support broad temperature and pressure ranges as well as single- and two-phase streams. We custom-design and build CWHEs for the widest application spectrum, always meeting individual thermal and hydraulic performance needs. To support individual temperature range and corrosion resistance requirements, we use an almost unrestricted range of materials including austenitic steels, aluminium alloys, carbon steel, nickel and chrome/moly alloys.
  • Chemical Cold Box

    • Coldboxes are utilised in a wide range of applications for the treatment of cryogenic fluids and gases, including air separation plants, gas separation and liquefaction plants, chemical and petrochemical plants. We deliver a range of coldboxes in sizes of up to 5 m by 7 m and up to 40 m long. Boxes that are too large for preassembly and road transport are assembled and tested directly on site or at our workshops located near harbours. The coldboxes are insulated by packing perlite in the empty spaces around the cryogenic equipment.
  • Plate Fin Heat Exchanger

    • With the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and high heat transfer efficiency, the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is widely used in various industries such as industrial gas separation plant, LNG plant, petrochemical, transportation and refrigeration plant etc. Our principal manufacturer has rich experiences and strong capabilities in designing and manufacturing aluminum brazed plate fin heat exchangers, which is a production base of heat exchangers in China. It has the largest vacuum-brazing furnace in China.
