Air Resources Board Restarts H2 Highway Program with $7.7 Million Request

SACRAMENTO, CA – Take a deep breath, count to 7.7 (million dollars) and start all over again: That, in a nutshell, is the approach California’s Air Resources Board (ARB) is taking in re-launching the state’s “Hydrogen Highway,” announced with much fanfare by the then freshly minted Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger four years ago.
