Germany Releases Details of 10-Year H2 R&D Plan, Separate MicroFuel Cell Spending
BERLIN - Germany has released a detailed breakdown of its 10-year National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Innovation Program (NIP) that allocates Euro 500 million ($690.4 million) between 2006 and 2016.
