Irvine, CA-based Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc., and Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc., (SES) Houston, TX announced they have successfully operated what they claim is the world’s first engine generator running on synthesis gas - “syngas” - as fuel.
