Major European Companies Sign On to $6.25 Billion 10–Year H2 Initiative BRUSSELS - Some of Europe’s biggest industrial names in hydrogen and fuel cell development last month signed a declaration urging the creation of a multi-year Joint Technology Initiative (JTI) on hydrogen and fuel cells with a total funding target of Euro 5 billion ($6.25 billion) for the next decade.
