Alan Lloyd Retires from California EPA
SACRAMENTO, CA - In a startling development, California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) Secretary Alan C. Lloyd, one of the nation's prime movers on the hydrogen energy scene, announced he will retire from state service for personal reasons, effective the last day of this month.
