Briefly Noted: Vespa/ECN Fuel Cell Scooter

Italy’s maker of the fabled “Vespa” scooter, Piaggio, has built and successfully tested a prototype low-emission “Fresco” fuel cell version together with the Energy Research Center of the Netherlands (ECN).
