Steve Chalk Moves to Solar (Temporarily); New H2/Fuel Cell Advisory Committee

WASHINGTON, DC - The Energy Department announced some hydrogen personnel realignments last month as well as the makeup of its new Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC), successor to the previous Hydrogen Technical Advisory Panel (HTAP).
