Gov. Schwarzenegger Names Alan Lloyd New California EPA Secretary
SACRAMENTO, CA - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Dr. Alan Lloyd, long-term advocate of hydrogen energy and currently chairman of California’s Air Resources Board (CARB), as new secretary of the state’s Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA).
