    Introduction:

    Softwall clean room booth is a Simplified Clean Room that is a local air purification equipment to provide high- clean environment., is a clean room which the most quickly and easily create. laminar flow booth main consist of cabinet, fan, prefilter and HEPA filter, damping layer, lamps and other components. It can be suspended, but also can be ground support, compact structure,easy to use. Can use single or multiple connections to compose of banded clean area.

    Operating features

    1: The ceiling enables flexible placement of fan filter unit, the empty bays cover by powder coated steel panels.
    2: the construction utilizing full welded, reinforced, steel tubular sections. The frame is finished with an abrasion-resistance oven-baked powder coat, it is free-standing not require any suspending ceiling supports
    3: the PVC anti-static curtain door allowing for easy passage of material and personnel in and out of the clean area. The curtain terminated at a specific distance above the floor to allow for exhaust of clean air out of the clean room.
    4: Control box can rapid start up the fan filter unit and lighting.
    5: Fan filter unit is the energy efficient external rotor motor design reduces operating costs and has extremely low noise and vibration levels, improving the working conditions in the clean room.
    6: the high quality mini-pleats HEPA filter utilizing an improved mini-pleated separation technique to maximize surface area improves efficiency and extends the filter life.
