Part Two. Equipments Introduction
This equipment is one of the necessary equipments in beverage, food
and medicine industry. It could completely finish the work such as
syrup boil, cool and storage in one body.
This equipment is an assistant part for mixing juice and water. It
is used to mix syrup and other kind of liquid. It is made of super
stainless steel. It has nice outlook, safe, hygiene characteristic
and so on.
This machine is suitable for removing the solid matter from fresh
milk, syrup, beverages and any liquid. Two filters can change using
each other; it is not necessary to stop the machine as you change
the filter net, and it also is suitable to work for a long time.

cavitations can be produced under the influence of high pressure so

The body machine is barrel shape, with adjustable horses in the
bottom of outer rounding, to adjust the height and level of the
machine. An inner and an outer rotary barrel are positioned round
the double-line bearings inside the body machine. The outside of
inner rotary barrel is equipped with bottle tank, and inside with
equivalent elevator. The corresponding bottle distributor is also
equipped on the outer barrel. An umbrella-tower is centered in the
machine. Bottles are conveyed to the middle of the machine through
elevator upon signals of bottle absence, falling from the
umbrella-tower to the fringes. Bottles are pushed into bottle tank
by cams in the elevator. The circulation of the machine is

The Overturn bottle pasteurizer
This machine is use for the bottle and cap’s sterilization for the
juice, about 30~40 seconds, sterilization time can be adjusted
according to demand chain using imported parts, frame adopts
stainless steel production, extend the service life. It mainly
applicable to tea, fruit juice beverage hot filling and capping.
The product after filled and sealed can automatically flip 90 °,
and then flat the bottle make perfect sterilization of the cap
