ZL efficient vacuum oil filter
1 Performance overview:
ZL highly effective vacuum oil filter series adopts physical means,
which do not effect the oil composition and the performance. It can
rapidly remove moisture, impurities and gases (acetylene, hydrogen,
methane, etc.)and other harmful ingredients contained in oil, to
improve the breakdown voltage and insulation performance of the
oil. So as to effectively guarantee the normal operation cycle of
oil equipment, and avoid the accident.
2 Equipment features:
1. Dehydration and Degassing ability.
(1) The equipment adopts large displacement of the vacuum pump to
pump the vacuum system, which ensures that the water vapor and
other gases in oil be removed; It also ensure the entire system has
been maintained working on the conditions of a very low pressure .
(2) Adopts the advanced technology of the short-film evaporation
and molecular separation technology, which rapidly remove a large
amounts of water in oil. The effective removal of trace moisture
ensure the water content lower than 15ppm .
2. An exceptionally strong ability to filter out impurities.
The equipment own progressive encryption level filtering system
settings. Primary filter with stainless steel twill mesh imported
from Japan,which can be cleaned repeatedly to reduce the operating
costs of equipment. Refined filter adopts domestically produced
high-quality polymer filter and the filtration precision is up to
3μm, which can carry a large amount of pollutant, and remove the
fine particulate impurities effectively. The cleanliness of oil
after treated is up to NAS6 (NAS1638 level) or above.

The implementation of a comprehensive protection with equipment
temperature, liquid level, pressure, power off, super-pressure,
under-voltage, overload by each power element, effectively prevent
the accident and ensure the function normally.

plugged by impurities leading to pressure of the oil pump mouth
increasing, then the pressure rose to point set by pressure sensor
devices, so the machine will give signal and automatically stop
working, which effectively prevent the accident.

3 An overview of the working principle:
The oil firstly going through the mouth into the beginning of the
filter, large particles and impurities are retained; by the primary
pressure, the oil enter the heater for heat exchange heat to
enhance the mobility of oil, which is good for next step of
treatment; the heated oil under the pressure continue to enter the
special character of the low pressure vacuum separator with the
separation technology and the elimination of inter-molecular force
for transformer oil analysis, so that the dissolved water, free
water, dissolved gas and free gas in oil quickly break the film
elements and precipitation. Then it uses short-range, thin-film
evaporation technology for vacuum detain the water and flash
three-dimensional evaporation; these water vapor and other gases
under at a very low pressure are quickly discharged by vacuum pump,
thus completing the oil dried degassed dehydration. The oil after
degassed and dewatered through the oil pump flow into the fine
filter, and filtering the impurities, finally the oil out of the
mouth is clean oil.
The high-temperature water vapor and other gases evaporate in the
vacuum separator through the condenser, heat exchange, coolers
cooling three process, then most of the gas was restored to the
water and stored in reservoirs, and then removed. The dry gas after
cooling and dehumidifying is pumped out by the vacuum pump, so as
to protect vacuum pumps and prolong the life of vacuum pump.
